Today I did the most Australian thing I’ve done so far I think.

I went out into an Australian suburb (lugging around a surfboard on bus and light rail), and left my surfboard to be repaired by a barefoot guy with long hair

Here is the repair sheet. If you call him and mention the last three (red) digits he’ll tell you the status of the board. If you print this, come to Maroubra before I do, and say you lost the original paper, you might actually get my board (but you got to pay for the repair though). And I would be more mad you didn’t tell me you were in town than you stealing my board.

As a safety measure I left the photo upside down.

Going back home I really appreciated how the city looks. The photos don’t really capture it, but everything near Central is so much taller than Stockholm.

I went to an Asian store looking for some Indo-mie, but they had none (probably too mainstream for them), so I ended up getting this and another package.

Won’t buy again. Maybe it could be worth it if you added some bell peppers and chicken. But this with a fried egg didn’t leave me wanting more
